Prepares and maintains accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and prepares monthly financial statements. Reconciles assets to the staking sheet, reports estimate to actual cost differences on work orders to maintain accurate records. Responsible for maintaining accurate material inventory, asset management and fleet records. Maintains assigned journals and reconciles bank accounts monthly. Enters and pays accounts payable and credit card invoices. Reviews budget analysis, makes appropriate journal entries, circulates budget reports to department heads and assists in research issues. Invoices consumer charges, balances receivables and handles collections for these accounts.
