Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accountant, Budget and Grants, is responsible for managing all pre-award and post-award financial administration for private and government grants. The Senior Accountant, manages grant budgets and ensures compliance with reporting, regulations, federal time and effort certification requirements and required training.  Responsible for the preparation of the Institutes’ Facilities and Administrative cost rate and serves as primary contact regarding government financial and compliance audits and the Uniform Guidance audit.
