OverviewThe Corporate Accountant, Payroll is responsible for journal entries, reconciliations and analysis for various accounts, and biweekly, quarterly and annual payment of taxes and reconciliation of wage and taxes, preparing and processing annual W-2 forms. This position is responsible for ensuring all processes are documented and up to date, recommending process improvements and assisting with payment processing, compliance audits, system maintenance and testing, customer request, and special projects as needed.
