Overview The Director – Financial Services is responsible for the daily operations of the Business Office and serves as the contact person for fiscal information for staff.  Acts as the chief accountant for the district and is responsible for ensuring that the financial accounting records of the college are being properly maintained and reconciled on a regular schedule.  Systems are maintained in accordance with Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) administrative code as outlined in the Financial & Administrative Manual (FAM) and BTC District Board Policy.
