Job SummaryThe Senior Accountant Payroll is responsible for Payroll accounting activities including, but not limited to, loading cleared check files, payroll liability and expense account analysis and labor reporting. The Senior Accountant Payroll will assist with accounting for the organization's labor activities and may prepare Journal Entries for labor re-classes as permitted by the Controller's Office. The position will also be responsible for audit preparation, preparing reports for management, and other payroll related tasks as required.Position reports directly to the Director of Payroll but will work closely with Payroll, Time & Labor, and Accounting leadership as the business needs demand.
