We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our growing commecial general contracting team. This key leadership role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), project reporting, and month-end close. You’ll support strategic financial initiatives, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and mentor a high-performing team—all while positioning yourself for growth into Controller or CFO-level roles. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Oversee bank reconciliations and key GL accounts (prepaids, payroll, etc.). Supervise
