OverviewResponsible for audit and analysis of accounts receivable, reserves, gross revenue and patient revenue deductions. Manages the reserve and contractual allowances calculations on a monthly basis and prepares corresponding journal entries. Develops the net revenue budget for the organization. Works closely with Revenue Cycle team and Executive Director in analyzing and evaluating net revenue. Serves as technical expert of system net revenue and maintains a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Crowe Horwath RCA software product. Supports in the preparation of the annual Medicare/Medicaid cost report compilation and filing by managing the overall cost report preparation for the Raleigh Hospital.
