OverviewThe Senior Financial Specialist, Capital and Projects is responsible for assisting with coordinating the fixed assets management program in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and the corporate policy and bond compliance regulations applicable to property management. Responsible for managing and maintaining the approved capital budget and Strata Capital Planning and Equipment Replacement modules.
