Under administration direction, this position has responsibility for financial audits, analyses and reporting functions within the Office of the Comptroller. Reporting to the Comptroller, who reports to the Assistant Provost for Financial Affairs, the Accounting Associate is responsible for developing and recommending solutions to new and complex accounting problems applicable to the State and University accounting systems, assuring compliance with same, developing and implementing automated financial support systems, and providing technical analysis and advice regarding the School's use of financial resources.
