REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – FINANCE MANAGER The Foresthill Public Utility District (FPUD) is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide Finance Manager services for the District. Responsibilities include:• Accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports• Managing audits and regulatory reporting• Supporting capital improvement project financial planning• Providing assistance to the General Manager and Board of Directors• Ensuring compliance with GASB and GAAP• Oversight of investment funds and revenue bonds• Grant coordination and review Minimum Qualifications:• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)• Advanced knowledge of GASB & GAAP• Bachelor’s d
