Working/Functional Title RHS Payroll Manager Position Summary The Payroll Manager oversees the centralized payroll functions within the Business and Financial Services office, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce. This role supervises an APSA 11 Supervisor and provides functional oversight to a team consisting of Team Leads, Accounting Clerks, and an Accountant. The Payroll Manager ensures compliance with contractual agreements, university policies, and state/federal regulations while leading process improvements, system administration, and training initiatives across the division. Residential and Hospitality Services is a large division which uses the UltraTime payroll software to record and manage payroll data.
