The Accountant 1 will primarily service the needs of the Associate Student Body of the University of Oregon (ASUO) and its unique business model which is primarily based upon the Incidental Fee (i-fee) budget passed by the leaders of the ASUO.   This position will be responsible for the interpretation and adherence of rules, policies, and procedures as they relate to financial transactions at the UO. In addition, this position will provide guidance, analysis and transactional assistance oftentimes requiring detailed explanations to help navigate and communicate ASUO/i-fee policies to various audiences.
