Job Duties: The Accountant I in the Accounting Services area will provide accounting support in institutional trust fund administration and financial reporting, as well as completing other analysis as needed. The position is responsible for assisting with the establishment, administration, distribution and monitoring of Endowments, Institutional Trust Funds and other funds, as well as assisting with accounting for the University's debt and capital asset activity. At fiscal year-end, this position assists with the year-end close process and providing information for University financial reports. This position may interact with State auditors to answer specific questions related to University accounting procedures, practices and methods as needed.This positio
