Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer Maintain accounting procedures that ensure complete transparency in financial tracking. Services required are as follows: Clearly outline, define and implement accounting procedures and best practices. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Make bank deposits as needed. Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation. Monthly financial reporting (includes Balance Sheet, P&L, Budget to Actual and bank reconciliations; investment reports; includes cash, money market and endowed funds). Prepare monthly AR outstanding lists and follow up. Prepare monthly sales tax returns. Additional ancillary reporting as needed.
