The Department Administrator serves as the strategic partner and reports to the Department Chair. Emergency Medicine is a Department within the Medical School with 120 faculty (mostly at affiliate locations), 15 staff with a large temp casual pool of research nurses and instructors. The position has 3 direct reports at the administrative level. The department will be growing exponentially as the Fairview and UMN agreements take effect over the next year or so.  This position will be integral to the successful management of this transition and growth and building of a research and clinical infrastructure This position is based out of Minneapolis, MN and is eligible for hybrid work.  Weekly regular on-site is expected and will be required though there is flexibility in the
