Job Description Summary

Project Accountant will manage construction accounting folders invoices within our accounting system that will be processed for our west division.

Job Description

⢠Process all Invoices including Unit Renovation Invoices and CM Fee Invoices to the Job/Contract in Job Cost for the Region specified
⢠Save invoices processed on Construction M-Drive, attach invoice to payable in Yardi, email RPM/Accountant/Contract Administrator
⢠Complete Unit Renovation Trackers/Place all Invoices on Unit Reno Trackers for each property/invoice
⢠Assist PM/RPM/Accounting with draws- Send invoice copies and lien waivers monthly (if needed)
⢠Send emails to Field Construction Team with all pending items needed to process invoices flagged
⢠Manage multiple email boxes for region
⢠Work in Multiple Yardi Platforms/Owner Specific
⢠Review National Vendor Statements and request invoices to process if needed
⢠Works closely with Contract Administrator for the region specified
⢠End of Year ⓠEnsure all invoices have been received and processed including CM Fees so jobs may be closed out for the year.
