Practice Administrator for dynamic pain management practice.
The administrator plays an integral role in fostering a patient-centered work environment. They work cooperatively with providers, clinical staff, office staff, and any consultants engaged by the practice to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in established policies. They will manage staff, order supplies, ensure adherence to laws and regulations, create/revise and enforce professional standards, office policies, and procedures. Prepare and manage financial reports and annual budgets and maintain financial records in coordination with the practice owner and outside accountant.
They Practice Administrator will build a strong team that is prepared for the day-to-day operations of the practice by initiating daily huddles and ensuring the practice has adequate staffing each day. They will address employee and patient complaints and concerns and coordinate patient referrals.
They will assist in expanding the business and marketing the practice to appropriate outside sources. In coordination with the practice owner, they will develop strategies and protocols to sustain current patient volumes and encourage future practice growth.
Requirements:
Onsite position
High school diploma, Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (preferred)
4 years experience working in a multi-practitioner office
2 years experience working in a pain management office (preferred)
