Manager of Accounting and Administration
About the position: The Manager of Accounting and Administration is a new, onsite position reporting to the Executive Director and has no direct reports.  The position performs accounting and bookkeeping functions and directs and oversees the financial activities of the organization.  The individual prepares financial reports and budgets; oversees payroll, benefits selection and administration, and earned revenue and donations; interacts with auditors; and assists the Executive Director and Board with materials for meetings. Additional Qualities/Characteristics: Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting. Knowledge of non-profit and/or private operating foundation financial principles. Proficiency in usin
