As a Lead Financial Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for fringe benefit and payroll accounting. Your key tasks will include developing University-wide fringe rates, analyzing and reporting on fringe benefits, payroll costs, and student financial aid funds. Additionally, youâ™ll handle balance sheet reconciliations, approve journal entries, and prepare financial statement account fluctuation analyses and year-end audit schedules.Being part of the Controllerâ™s Office, your role contributes to efficient financial operations across various departments, colleges, and campuses.
