Position summary:  The position establishes the overall financial plans of the Cooperative while keeping in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, and all other regulatory organizations in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.  The position also directs the operation of processes for accounting, member services, and the purchasing/warehouse departments.   This position also plays a leadership role in the Cooperative’s for-profit fiber subsidiary as well as being on the Board of Managers.  Role qualifications: Must possess strong financial management skills along with business acumen.   Strong strateg
